October 2020 Student Leader of The Month

Dear Students, Faculty, and Staff, On behalf of the Washburn Student Bar Association, it is time to congratulate the October 2020 recipient of the Student Leader of the Month Award: Pam Saenz! Each month during the school year, your WSBA collects nominations from the student body and then selects one of the nominated students to recognize as having done an exemplary job of going above and beyond the normal demands of law student life to make an impact on our school. This student is named our Student Leader of the Month. 

Pam received the following nomination from one of her peers:  "Pam Saenz deserves to be Student of the Month for so many reasons. Pam is a great student and is always encouraging to the other people around her. She in involved in several student organizations and is a member of the Jessup Team, but she goes above and beyond just being involved. She actively contributes to our community by brining student concerns to WSBA meetings and advocating for students. Pam is involved in local political decisions and other community decisions. Pam is a great friend, student, and colleague and is deserving of Student of the Month." Please join us in congratulating our October Student Leader of the Month!
